As a member of our dynamic design team, you will be responsible for driving color palette development and execution across all categories of our iconic brand.   1. Develop and execute color palettes for all categories of the Nike brand, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and vision.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, merchandisers, and marketing, to understand their needs and incorporate them into the color palette design.
  3. Stay up-to-date with design trends, consumer insights, and market research to inform color palette decisions and drive innovation.
  4. Lead and present color palette concepts to internal and external stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind the choices and incorporating feedback to refine the final design.
  5. Create and maintain comprehensive color standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all Nike products.
  6. Partner with the materials and color teams to explore new techniques and processes to achieve desired color outcomes.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on color theory, trends, and technology, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve the color palette design process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Collaborate with the design leadership team to develop long-term strategies and goals for color design at Nike, contributing to the overall success of the brand.
