  1. Lead and execute strategic initiatives to optimize finance processes and systems.
  2. Develop and implement change management strategies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of finance change initiatives.
  4. Analyze current finance processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of change management initiatives.
  6. Communicate updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Conduct training and provide support to finance teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of change initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and change management.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement new technologies and processes.
  12. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during change management initiatives.
  13. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the finance department.
  14. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on areas for improvement and optimization.
  15. Represent Nike as a subject matter expert in finance change management at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Finance Change Management: A Senior Consultant At Nike Must Have A Strong Background In Finance Change Management, With A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Implementing Financial Change Initiatives.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Influence And Guide Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Processes And Systems: A Senior Consultant Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Processes And Systems, Including Accounting, Budgeting, Planning, And Reporting. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Financial Technology And Tools, Such As Erp Systems And Data Analytics.

  • Strategic Mindset: Nike Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Company, And The Senior Consultant Must Be Able To Think Strategically And Provide Innovative Solutions To Drive The Organization's Financial Performance. They Should Also Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Align Financial Change Initiatives With Overall Company Goals.

  • Project Management Experience: The Senior Consultant Will Be Responsible For Leading Complex Finance Change Projects, And Therefore, They Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion. Pmp Certification Or Other Project Management Qualifications Would Be A Plus.
