As the Manager for SAP AirMI/Converse/HR on the Core ERP Team, you will provide technical and professional leadership to a team of engineers delivering business capabilities in the Nike SAP environment including global logistics, finance, planning, and HR. You will collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, product management, and product owners, to implement robust solutions using agile best practices and deliver high-quality products on predictable timelines. You will provide team leadership, including technical skill development, issue resolution, and performance management. You will own the team’s backlog and will prioritize and make trade-offs based on the understanding of strategies, budget, epics, enabler requirements, dependent teams, goals, and the value features and stories bring to the business.
