  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, promoting a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and any questions or concerns.
  3. Represent the Nike brand with pride and enthusiasm, demonstrating knowledge of the company's history, values, and products.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Nike's product line, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  5. Keep the store organized and visually appealing by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
  6. Proactively seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale systems and following all cash handling procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and managers, providing updates on product availability, promotions, and any issues that may arise.
  9. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  10. Continuously strive to expand knowledge of Nike products and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, loss prevention, and inventory management.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador by living out Nike's mission and values both on and off the job.
