  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries or concerns.
  3. Understand and promote the Nike brand and products to customers.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  7. Continuously expand knowledge of Nike products and stay up-to-date on current trends.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
  9. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company initiatives and procedures.
  13. Assist in visual merchandising and floor set changes.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
