  4. Ensure that all retail operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.

  7. Collaborate with other retail leads and managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across stores.

  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Previous Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A High-Volume And Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team To Meet And Exceed Sales Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Resolve Any Issues.
