- Lead and develop a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store revenue.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Maintain a high level of store standards and ensure all visual merchandising is in line with Nike's brand image.
- Act as a role model and exemplify Nike's core values and mission.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback, recognition, and development opportunities for team members.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts and replenishment.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to plan and execute store events and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Handle customer escalations and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members are also in compliance.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nike, promoting the company's products and experiences to customers.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Lead At Nike Should Have Experience Leading A Team And Managing The Day-To-Day Operations Of A Retail Store. They Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Motivation, And Make Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
