As a Retail Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales in our retail stores.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Train and develop team members on company policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to drive sales.
  5. Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked to meet customer demand.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient store operations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture for team members.
  11. Assist with scheduling and managing payroll for the retail team.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Nike brand and products.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Nike Brand And Product Knowledge.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Store Maintenance.
