Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Industry.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Nike Products And Brand, As Well As Current Trends In The Athletic Apparel Market.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of Retail Kpis And Strategies To Improve Them.
