Live Concept Store Opening Manager
In this role, you will focus on scaling our current fleet of stores as our on-site, Concept expert for store openings. Arriving one week before every store opening, you will partner with Store teams and Territory leaders to obsess the details of our stores, ensuring we are bringing the Live concept vision to life for our consumers and Athletes at Opening. In partnership with the Live Concept Manager and Opening Team Leader, you will act as the conduit between our Firstline team and NAHQ; helping to solve for friction points on the ground and keeping our consumer needs at the center of everything as we set the store for opening.
2 years of related experience
Ability to build positive working relationships across a matrixed organization
Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, productive environment
Expertise in Front of House visual merchandising and retail brand standards OR an eye towards Back of House Operational excellence.
