  1. Develop and execute compelling written content for Nike's global running brand, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, creative directors, and marketing managers, to ideate and deliver impactful running stories that resonate with the target audience.
  3. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring that all written content is accurate and relevant.
  4. Write and edit copy for a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and social media, while maintaining a consistent tone and style.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of writers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality of written work.
  6. Work closely with the brand's marketing and PR teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that showcase the power of sport and Nike's global running community.
  7. Collaborate with external partners, such as athletes, influencers, and agencies, to create authentic and impactful content that resonates with the target audience.
  8. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring all written content is delivered on time and meets the brand's standards of excellence.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of written content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Writing Experience: A Lead Writer For Nike's Brand Creative Global Running Team Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Writing For A Variety Of Mediums, Including Digital, Print, And Social Media.

  • Knowledge Of Running Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Running Industry, Including Current Trends, Popular Brands, And The Target Audience. They Should Also Have A Passion For Running And A Strong Understanding Of The Sport.

  • Strong Creative Vision: Nike Is Known For Its Innovative And Creative Marketing Campaigns, And The Lead Writer Should Be Able To Bring Fresh And Compelling Ideas To The Table. They Should Have A Strong Grasp Of Storytelling And Be Able To Effectively Translate The Brand's Message Into Engaging Content.

  • Team Management Skills: As A Lead Writer, This Role Will Involve Managing A Team Of Writers And Collaborating With Other Members Of The Brand Creative Global Running Team. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
