- Oversee the creation and execution of all creative content for Nike, including but not limited to campaigns, advertisements, social media content, and product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and produce high-quality, impactful campaigns that align with Nike's brand vision and goals
- Manage and lead a team of creatives, providing guidance, inspiration, and feedback to ensure the team's success
- Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and implement innovative ideas to enhance Nike's creative production process
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and other external partners to ensure the highest quality of creative production
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that may arise
