  1. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  2. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and inform product assortment decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of merchandising plans.
  4. Monitor and track product performance and make recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
  5. Conduct regular competitive analysis to inform pricing and product positioning strategies.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on Nike products and provide guidance to team members and other departments.
  7. Utilize data and insights to forecast demand and make inventory planning recommendations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve merchandising strategies.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of merchandising analysts to achieve department goals and objectives.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product launch and promotional strategies.
  12. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards in all merchandising efforts.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in merchandising operations.
  14. Communicate merchandising plans, strategies, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  15. Represent Nike at industry events and conferences to stay informed and network with industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Merchandising, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Merchandising Strategies And Plans To Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Merchandising Analysts To Drive Business Results.
