  1. Develop and execute product assortment strategies for Nike's men's in-line stores, in line with company goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment improvements and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, buying, and sales, to ensure alignment on product assortment plans.
  4. Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for product buys and allocation to maximize sales and profitability.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance and make adjustments to assortment plans as needed.
  6. Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and insights from store managers and sales associates to inform product assortment decisions.
  7. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, internal teams, and store personnel.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to continuously improve product assortment strategies.
  10. Create and present reports and presentations on product assortment performance and recommendations to senior management.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on product assortment planning processes and best practices.
  12. Ensure all product assortment plans are executed accurately and efficiently, following company standards and guidelines.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product assortment planning and increase efficiency.
  14. Uphold Nike's brand and image by ensuring product assortment aligns with company values and standards.
  15. Maintain a deep understanding of Nike's product offerings, target audience, and brand positioning to inform product assortment decisions.
