- Lead and manage a team of security threat investigators to effectively respond to and investigate security incidents and threats.
- Conduct thorough and timely investigations of security incidents, including gathering and analyzing evidence, conducting interviews, and providing recommendations for remedial actions.
- Monitor and analyze intelligence and threat data to identify emerging security threats and trends, and provide recommendations for proactive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including law enforcement agencies, to enhance security intelligence and response capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to security threat intelligence and investigations, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans to ensure the safety and security of Nike facilities and personnel during potential threats or crises.
- Communicate and present security threat findings, recommendations, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
