  1. Lead the global forensic investigation team and oversee all investigative processes and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to detect, investigate, and prevent potential fraud and misconduct within the company.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, including gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant parties.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in forensic investigation to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external partners to aid in investigations and share information.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination in fraud prevention efforts.
  8. Train and mentor team members on investigative techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while handling sensitive information and investigations.
