  1. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the global organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
  4. Develop and implement internal controls to maintain the integrity of financial data.
  5. Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial information.
  7. Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
  9. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  12. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for team members.
  14. Work with external auditors during annual audits.
  15. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  16. Drive results and support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  17. Stay updated on Nike's products, services, and company culture to effectively represent the brand.
  18. Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
  19. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
  20. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the corporate accounting department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Corporate Accounting Or Financial Reporting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards

  • Experience Managing A Team And Leading Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Leadership.
