HR Operations Analytics Tools Lead
As a HR Operations Analytics Tools Lead, you will build automated tools and reporting processes that will help our team make decisions that will drive performance, manage capacity, and deliver reporting solutions to our global organization. Develop a deep understanding of our Core HR data and tools via SpinifexIT and ServiceNow, as well as data provided by our vendors. Work as our System Administrator for SpinifexIT. Including granting access, crafting report templates, scheduling reports, and running quality checks on reports built by end-users. Help build and execute a plan for SpinifexIT trainings. Partner with HR Ops teams to operationalize reports they currently use.
Minimum of 5 years hands on experience with an emphasis on business reporting and analytics required
Experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Shared Services is preferred
Ability to automate reporting processes to make it easier for our teams to access data.
Experience working in a global business environment preferred
