Global Manger, Ethics And Compliance Communications
The role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting communications related to ethics and compliance in partnership with the Chief Compliance Officer and her team with a key focus on creating and delivering ethics and compliance communications strategies, messaging and content. Helping to develop highly innovative and targeted communications strategies, messages and tactics that engage and deliver against Nike’s ethics and compliance offense. Helping to manage messaging around policy governance and trainings driven by the Ethics & Compliance program, provide guidance and support on the design and content of global corporate policies and trainings tied to these policies. Communications expertise and support for projects driven or managed by the Ethics and Compliance team globally that are identified by the Sr. Counsel, Ethics & Compliance.
Experience initiating and driving the ideation process contributing meaningful, innovative strategies to the business at concept stage.
7+ years professional experience in high profile corporate communications or public relations roles supporting globally branded organizations.
Experience leading Communications strategy for major events, media/PR and across multiple vendor relationships preferred
Experience working on high profile consumer brands is preferred.
