- Develop and implement a comprehensive global executive protection program to ensure the safety and security of Nike's top executives and VIPs.
- Conduct threat assessments and risk analysis to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics of executive protection operations, including travel arrangements, security details, and event planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Corporate Communications, to ensure alignment and integration of executive protection efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all executive protection matters, providing timely and accurate information to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to support executive protection efforts.
- Conduct regular training and education sessions for executives and their support staff on personal security measures and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in executive protection and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the program.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
