  1. Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

  7. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed effectively.

  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competition to make informed business decisions.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  12. Plan and execute promotional events and initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  13. Manage store budget, including labor costs, operational expenses, and sales goals.
  14. Foster strong relationships with customers and build brand loyalty.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Nike Products And Brand: A Floor Manager At Nike Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products, Brand Identity, And Target Audience In Order To Effectively Manage The Floor And Guide Customers.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Floor Manager, One Must Be Able To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates, As Well As Communicate Effectively With Both Customers And Upper Management.

  • Experience In Retail Management: Previous Experience In A Retail Management Role Is Essential For A Floor Manager At Nike. This Includes Experience In Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Floor Manager Is Responsible For Ensuring That Customers Have A Positive Experience In The Store, And Should Possess Exceptional Customer Service Skills To Handle Any Issues Or Complaints That May Arise.
