Job Description

Welcome to Nike! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about the Nike brand and has a strong background in retail management.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  3. Train and supervise staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, brand values, and customer service standards.
  4. Create and maintain schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Ensure the store is properly stocked and visually appealing at all times.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to make informed business decisions.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote growth and development.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  12. Assist with hiring and training of new employees.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Nike and uphold the company's values and standards.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the store.
  15. Attend meetings with upper management to discuss store performance and provide updates on goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
