- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Assist with hiring and training of new employees.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nike and uphold the company's values and standards.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the store.
- Attend meetings with upper management to discuss store performance and provide updates on goals and objectives.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of Sales Associates.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Nike Products And Brand Values, With A Passion For Athletics And Staying Up-To-Date On Industry Trends.
