  1. Lead and manage a team of retail associates, including training, coaching, and developing their skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and energetic environment on the retail floor, inspiring both customers and team members.
  3. Drive sales and meet sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase store productivity.
  5. Ensure the store is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  6. Collaborate with other Floor Managers and store leadership to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives that align with company goals.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of Nike's products, brand values, and industry trends to provide expert knowledge to customers and team members.
  8. Uphold and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers, team members, and merchandise.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and store leadership to provide updates on sales, customer feedback, and any operational issues.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development, and encourage team members to do the same.
  11. Foster a culture of authenticity, performance, and innovation among the team, leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.
  12. Represent the Nike brand with enthusiasm and passion, embodying the company's values and mission in all interactions with customers and team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role Within A Retail Or Customer Service Environment Is Required. Experience In A Similar Role Within The Athletic Apparel Industry Is Preferred.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Make Quick Decisions Is Crucial For A Floor Manager At Nike. Candidates Should Have Strong Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills To Effectively Manage And Guide Their Team.

  • Knowledge Of Nike Products: A Deep Understanding Of Nike's Product Line, Including The Latest Trends And Technologies, Is Necessary For A Floor Manager. This Includes Knowledge Of Both Footwear And Apparel, As Well As An Understanding Of The Target Market And Customer Base.

  • Sales And Customer Service Skills: As A Floor Manager, The Ability To Drive Sales And Provide Exceptional Customer Service Is Essential. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Goals And Creating A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
