  1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment for the team, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  3. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive store traffic and increase sales.
  6. Ensure that the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and follows merchandising standards.
  7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide guidance to team members on product features and benefits.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and successful operation.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share insights and ideas with the team.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Nike values and promoting the brand's mission.
  15. Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and teamwork within the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Position, Preferably In A High-Volume, Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team To Achieve Sales Goals And Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Nike Brand, Products, And Industry Trends, As Well As An Understanding Of The Target Market And Customer Needs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Upper Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Managing Inventory Levels To Maximize Profitability.
