Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team and help us elevate our customer experience at our flagship store. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, while ensuring a seamless operation of the store.   1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  3. Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional service and represent the Nike brand.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Ensure the store is properly staffed and scheduled to meet customer demand.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  7. Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.
  13. Effectively communicate with upper management to provide updates on store performance and initiatives.
  14. Stay informed on industry trends and competition to make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Represent the Nike brand with enthusiasm and passion, both internally and externally.
