Finance Manager, Global Operations Metrics Offense

In this role you will partner with Performance Management, Strategy and Finance leaders across Demand & Supply Management, Supply Chain, Technology, Sustainability, Workplace Design & Connectivity, Procurement, HR, and Communications. You will partner with these organizations to enhance and elevate the role that metrics play, which comes to life through a monthly business review with the COO and his Leadership Team. You will run GOT’s Enterprise Metrics presence within key forums, such as Corporate QBR, for senior audiences including the ELT. You will partner to build a metrics reporting offense to gather performance associated with significant long-term investments in our supply chain, technology landscape and workplace. You will evaluate and lead the integration of technology tools into our metrics offense to provide our executive and leadership teams with enhanced visualization, drill down analytical ability and access.
