  4. Identify and address any skill gaps within the team through training, mentorship, and hiring.

  10. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering team and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Engineering Management, Preferably In The Footwear Or Apparel Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Product Development Processes, Including Design, Prototyping, And Production.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
