Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Engineering Management, Preferably In The Footwear Or Apparel Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Product Development Processes, Including Design, Prototyping, And Production.
