
End User Analyst
We need an End User Analyst based at our Beaverton, OR campus to help oversee our Global Enterprise Service Desk vendor. Our Service Desk serves as the initial contact point for technical support at Nike. Ensuring the Service Desk has the tools and resources vital to support our customers quickly and efficiently is critical to Nike’s success. Act as liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams regarding requirements, data analysis and testing. Advocate for the end users and the business to deliver world class technology experiences. This role will partner with various teams across the Nike Enterprise and may be asked to lead cross-functional support meetings that help foster collaboration across various teams in the environment.
3+ years of practical experience
Service Desk Support experience
Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and LEAN
Experience working at a large enterprise or retail environment
