Job Description

As a Portfolio Director within the Enterprise Data and Analytics organization you will be a key member of a growing and passionate team focused on growing Nike’s data analytics capabilities! The newest member of our team will be passionate about collaborating with multi-functional resources to drive forward key programs and projects maturing enterprise data capabilities across Nike. Manage portfolio plans including deliverables/value drops, resourcing, dependencies, escalation and communication. Manage portfolio tools to ensure clear visibility across the capabilities of issues and risks associated with value drops. Lead portfolio intake process, associated prioritization, and impact to portfolio roadmap. Ensures teams have tools and resources needed to perform work effectively and communicates and/or calls out gaps.

Job Qualifications

  • Successful track record working with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes

  • 10+ years project/program experience within data and analytics capabilities, software applications, or a related field.

  • PMP certification or training a plus

  • Demonstrated experience delivering global business and technology projects or programs

Compensation
