  1. Lead and manage a team of experts in the Nike Sports Research Lab.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic vision for the lab's research and innovation efforts.
  3. Collaborate with elite athletes, coaches, and trainers to identify performance needs and develop cutting-edge solutions.
  4. Conduct and oversee research studies to advance our understanding of human performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest sports science and technology trends to inform our research and development.
  6. Manage the lab's budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  7. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the lab team.

  9. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the sports industry.

  11. Represent Nike and the Sports Research Lab at conferences, events, and other industry gatherings.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the lab.
