Job Description

Partner with the larger Global DE&I team to ensure the strategy for your business groups is consistent with the broader DE&I strategy. Collaborate with Recruiting and HR Business Partners to develop effective diversity recruiting strategies and programs. Use data to identify trends, insights and gaps to provide strategy, as well as relevant programming. In partnership with Diversity Program Managers, build training programs for employees, and develop programs to attract, retain and promote diverse talent. Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for insights to deliver solutions to the business.

Job Qualifications
  • 8-10 years demonstrable experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, or people strategy.

  • 5 years demonstrable experience in a client services/consulting role.

  • Experience driving large-scale global organizational change through strategic global programming.

  • Master’s degree in Business or HR-related program preferred.

  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data and translating analyses into meaningful recommendations.

Compensation
