Digital Creation Asset Lead

In this role, you will continuously project coordinate and attend category meetings to proactively seek info needed to execute graphics and images required for product creation using a project management tool tracker. Additionally, you will call and conduct meetings to ensure gates and dates are met, in accordance with the workflows and processes for the studio. You will provide metrics on status and negotiate deadlines that are “off calendar” while managing up any “out of scope” requests. Digital Creation Asset Leads collaborate with their partners to ensure “one voice” of service to all categories / businesses into the DPC Apparel Production studio. Lead responsibilities, deliverables, and assignments for key functional project team partners. Track and report on digital asset status to project team. Facilitate project team meetings and monitor communication channels (ie. slack, SmartSheet) to track against deliverables and deadlines. Main operational support for asset execution.
