  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  14. Manage department budget and expenses to ensure profitability.
  15. Represent Nike and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
