  1. Oversee the operations of a specific department within the organization.
  2. Create and implement strategies to drive departmental performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  3. Train, mentor, and develop a team of employees to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze departmental sales, inventory, and expenses to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of the Nike brand and products to effectively educate and engage customers.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
  7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for employees.
  9. Manage inventory and ensure accurate and timely replenishment of products.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Uphold the company's values and culture and act as a brand ambassador for Nike.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Industry

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing And Developing A Team
