  1. Lead and manage a department within the Nike retail store, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet departmental targets.
  3. Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team goals.
  4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver excellent performance and represent the Nike brand.
  5. Monitor and analyze departmental performance, making necessary adjustments to improve productivity and profitability.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and external stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the department.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized department, adhering to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention measures.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and diversity.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador, representing and upholding the Nike brand values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Athletic Or Footwear Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With Upper Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, And Budget Management.
