  1. Lead and manage a team of department employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure individual and team success.

  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve department goals, in alignment with overall store objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze department performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address any issues.
  5. Create and maintain schedules for department employees, ensuring adequate staffing levels and proper coverage.
  6. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  7. Communicate effectively with store management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Nike, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image to customers and employees.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to make informed decisions and drive innovation within the department.
  10. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, upholding the Nike brand's reputation for excellent customer service.
  11. Manage inventory and merchandise levels, ensuring availability of products and appropriate merchandising standards are maintained.
  12. Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees, promoting their growth and development within the company.
  14. Collaborate with other coaches and department managers to share best practices and drive overall store success.
  15. Act as a role model for the team, consistently demonstrating the qualities and behaviors expected of a Nike employee.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Coach-Department Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Coaches And Employees.
