  1. Lead and manage a team of coaches and sales associates to drive the success of the brand.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  3. Utilize knowledge and expertise in sports and fitness to ensure customers receive the best possible experience and achieve their goals.
  4. Train and mentor coaches and sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
  5. Monitor and track team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve overall company objectives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve coaching techniques and customer experience.
  8. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
  10. Develop and manage department budgets and expenses.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  13. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong leadership and a passion for sports and fitness.
  14. Identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures to enhance department efficiency and productivity.
  15. Represent the Nike brand and its values in all interactions with customers, team members, and the community.
