  • Lead and manage a team of coaches to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Nike brand.
  • Develop, train, and coach team members to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
  • Create and execute strategies to drive department sales and meet performance targets.
  • Monitor and analyze department performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a seamless and cohesive shopping experience for customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitors to make informed decisions for the department.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
