  3. Lead and manage a team of department employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve department performance.

  7. Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  10. Collaborate with other department managers to develop and implement cross-functional strategies.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
