  1. Oversee Daily Store Operations: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper staffing levels, and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the store.
  2. Drive Sales and Achieve Targets: You will work closely with the Store Manager to set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them. This includes monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing initiatives to increase sales and meet targets.
  3. Lead and Develop a Team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of sales associates. This includes providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them reach their full potential and deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Ensure Excellent Customer Experience: As a representative of the Nike brand, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience. This includes greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  5. Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards: You will work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that the store is always visually appealing and in line with Nike's brand standards. This includes executing merchandising and marketing plans, as well as ensuring proper product placement and display.
  6. Manage Inventory and Stock Levels: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the store's inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, conducting regular inventory counts, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  7. Ensure Compliance with Company Policies: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. This includes enforcing loss prevention measures, ensuring a safe and secure work environment, and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
