- Work closely with the Head Coach to identify areas of improvement and implement action plans to enhance team performance.

- Support the Head Coach in conducting training sessions and providing individualized feedback and guidance to athletes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coaching techniques to continuously improve our coaching strategies.
- Foster a positive and respectful team culture that promotes inclusivity and diversity.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, coaching staff, and management to ensure a cohesive and efficient team dynamic.
- Embody and uphold Nike's values of excellence, innovation, and teamwork in all aspects of the role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Coaching At A High Level, Preferably In A Similar Role With A Successful Sports Team Or Organization.
Proven Leadership Abilities And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Coaches And Athletes.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Players, Coaches, And Management To Achieve Team Goals.
In-Depth Understanding Of Athletic Training And Conditioning Techniques, As Well As The Ability To Design And Implement Effective Training Programs.
A Passion For The Nike Brand And A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Values And Mission, With A Commitment To Upholding And Promoting These Values Within The Team.
