- Collaborate with the Head Coach to strategize and plan for upcoming competitions and events.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to athletes to help them improve and grow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the sports industry and implement new techniques and methods into the training program.
- Foster a positive and motivating team culture, encouraging athletes to support and push each other to be their best.
- Assist with recruiting and scouting new talent to join the team.
- Maintain a safe and healthy training environment for athletes, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition.
- Communicate regularly with athletes, coaching staff, and management to provide updates on team progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent Nike and the team at various events and conferences, showcasing the brand's commitment to athletic excellence.
Bachelor's Degree In Exercise Science, Sports Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Coach Or In A Leadership Role Within A Sports Organization.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Athletic Training And Performance Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Training Programs For Athletes At Various Levels.
