Assistant General Counsel, IP Transactions And Licensing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Counsel for IP Transactions and Licensing to join our team at Nike. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of intellectual property law and have an intricate understanding of complex IP transactions and licensing. The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a broad range of intellectual property (IP) and technology-related matters, including drafting, negotiating and advising on IP-related agreements. This role will also involve providing legal advice on the protection, enforcement and commercialization of Nike's IP portfolio. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: - A law degree from a recognized university and admission to a relevant state bar- 8+ years' experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department - Demonstrable experience in IP-related transactions and licensing - Thorough knowledge of IP laws, including copyright, trademark and patent laws - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills If you are a strategic thinker with an in-depth knowledge of IP law and the ability to provide sound legal advice, we want to hear from you.
