• Oversee and manage the general construction and facilities team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that construction and facilities projects align with organizational goals and objectives
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
