  1. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRI scans, and CT scans, with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Assist radiologists in interpreting images and communicating findings to other healthcare professionals.
  3. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  4. Maintain patient records and accurately document procedures performed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for patients and staff.
  7. Stay up-to-date on new imaging techniques and technology, and implement them as appropriate.
  8. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to the appropriate department.
  9. Educate patients on the imaging process and provide them with necessary information for pre and post-procedure care.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality and compassionate care.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide input on process improvement strategies.
  13. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures and maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times.
  14. Attend continuing education courses and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of radiology.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with team members and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Healthcare Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field

  • Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) As A Registered Radiologist Assistant (Rra)

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Registered Radiologic Technologist

  • Proficiency In Performing Advanced Imaging Procedures, Such As Ct Scans, Mri Scans, And Interventional Radiology Procedures
