  1. Conduct individualized nutritional assessments for patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
  2. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and evidence-based practices in clinical nutrition and integrate them into patient care.
  5. Educate and counsel patients on proper nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and well-being.
  6. Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  7. Conduct group nutrition education sessions and workshops for patients and their families.
  8. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and coordinate care.
  9. Stay compliant with all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations related to clinical nutrition.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and implementing best practices for clinical nutrition services.
  11. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
  12. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through innovative and evidence-based practices.
  13. Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in clinical nutrition.
  14. Serve as a mentor to interns and other staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  15. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Registered Dietitian (Rd) Or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Rdn) Certification From The Commission On Dietetic Registration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Nutrition Experience In An Outpatient Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Nutrition Therapy And Ability To Develop Personalized Nutrition Plans For Patients With Various Medical Conditions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Educate And Counsel Patients On Proper Nutrition And Dietary Changes.
