  1. Coordinate and manage architectural design and construction projects for NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
  4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, budgets, contracts, and reports.
  5. Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, quality, and safety.
  6. Communicate project updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders, including hospital leadership.
  7. Facilitate meetings and coordinate communication between project team members to ensure effective collaboration and timely decision-making.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards related to architectural design and construction.
  9. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project coordination.
  11. Stay informed about industry best practices, new technologies, and innovative solutions in architectural design and construction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Coordination For Architectural Design And Construction Projects.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Healthcare Facilities.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software And Autocad, With A Strong Understanding Of Construction Drawings And Specifications.
