- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
- Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications and provide patient education on post-procedure care.
- Assist with interventional radiology procedures, including but not limited to angioplasty, biopsies, and stent placements.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advances and developments in interventional radiology to provide the best possible care to patients.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the interventional radiology department.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude while representing the hospital and the interventional radiology department.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect towards patients and their families.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.
Completion Of An Accredited Physician Assistant Program.
Current Certification And Licensure As A Physician Assistant In The State Of New York.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Interventional Radiology Or A Related Field.
