- Develop and implement talent development strategies that align with the hospital's mission and goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current talent development practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to assess talent needs and create targeted development plans for employees.
- Design and facilitate training programs to develop and enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Utilize a variety of learning methods and technologies to deliver engaging and effective training.
- Evaluate the success of talent development initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development to inform and improve organizational strategies.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to support talent development efforts.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Collaborate with leadership to create a culture of continuous learning and development for all employees.
- Offer coaching and support to employees seeking professional and career development opportunities.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to support employee engagement and reduce turnover.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of talent development programs.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on talent development initiatives and progress.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on talent development, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees across the organization.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Organizational Development And Talent Development In A Healthcare Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing, Implementing, And Evaluating Talent Development Programs At All Levels Of An Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Talent Development, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Leadership Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Shrm-Scp, Atd, Or Cptd Are Preferred.
