Job Description

The Student Technology Centers (STC) at New York University is looking for an experienced and customer service-focused User Support Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for technology, a strong customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The User Support Analyst will respond to the needs of students, faculty, and staff by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance on a wide range of technologies and applications.The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the latest software and technology as well as the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience. They must also have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a higher education setting. Furthermore, the User Support Analyst must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have experience working with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.If you have a passion for helping others, a commitment to customer service, and a strong technical background, we encourage you to apply today!
